Here's to a good game on Saturday

Hello, my Gamecock friends. I think we can all just be glad that we've been able to watch football this year. I mean hell, y'all even get to go through the excitement of a coaching search!

As we kickoff this Saturday, I'll be keen to watch a few things:

-Doty vs the UGA defense: Generally mobile QBs have given Kirby's defenses fits. He looked pretty damn good from what I saw last weekend. Our secondary is lost at the moment without LeCounte back there to direct the group. If Doty can keep drives alive with his feet and take advantage of a leaderless secondary, then USC could frick around and win the game.

-Harris vs UGA DL: Jordan Davis (NG) is out and likely will declare for the draft after this season. This is a game that will tell UGA what to expect up front next year. If USC gashes the defense on the ground then UGA will be in trouble. The middle has been far softer without Davis in there, so they need guys like Jalen Carter to grow up in a hurry. Harris has been phenomenal for y'all. I don't see UGA shutting him down, they have to try to limit his big plays, though.

-JT Daniels' Hot Start: He lit up a depleted MSU secondary last week. Can he continue that against an even more depleted USC secondary? Well, the Dawgs faithful certainly hope so.
