All I know so far is that both Felder and Beatty got caught in 5 points the weekend of Friday the 13th. Felder was specifically told by CFM not to go there and yet he not only went, but took a teammate with him. I've heard some talk that he was, indeed, down there "having a good time and partying" but that part is yet to be confirmed.

Jesus, y'all...Rah's grandma just died, also. As in not even 30 minutes ago. The day from hell doesn't even begin to describe what he's dealing with right now. That's just awful.

CFM will continue to try to help him succeed in life and has probably already reached out to him about his grandmother.
I mean this is terrible ... but how hard headed do you have to be to be told on the 11th that you're doing a great job and that everything is on track for you to return if your grades come in good ... and then you go to Five Points on the 13th and you are seen by not one, but two, Associate ADs as they are driving home? I mean the kid is just snake bitten dumb. He's Derrik Watson dumb. It's a damn shame. Given chances over and over again and just absolutely blows it.
I hate it about his grandmother. That's terrible news. Derrik Watson's life basically collapsed after he lost his grandmother ... I remember it like yesterday. He went into a shell, went home, curled up on that old dirty wood floor and retreated in his mind away from reality. I think Felder may have a little better network to support him hopefully.

Squeaky will be out of prison in July of this year. Sad that he went from star RB to getting 5 years for crack distribution.

It's not.
Can't tell the whole story on the Internet ... but while Felder was spotted walking through Five-Points, that's not what got him.
What got him didn't happen in Five Points (or anywhere near) and it happened much earlier but just got back to Martin and Tanner a couple of days before he was officially booted off the team.
Old news now I guess ... but it all made sense once I got the whole story. Made total sense. And Felder left them absolutely no choice. He knows it too.

I just read where Felder, who will attend New Mexico JC this season, has gotten a few offers from Iona, Nichols State and Arkansas-Little Rock.
I hate that it didn’t work out for him here but I’m glad that he’s rebounded (no pun intended).

He tweeted yesterday that he still owed the university like $7k and had no clue how he was going to pay it. Not sure what that was about.

Nah likely not upholding his rnd of the deal on his scholarship....got bootes with cause so he owes the university that money from his last semester
