Still on the way home. I stayed. Almost got kicked out of the stadium too. frickers tried to close gate 16 on me.

I just got back home to Charlotte. That was the weirdest thing to happen while I was at the stadium. They made everyone leave the stands, and then 5 minutes later, there was a lot of lightning and the rain came hard. Good for us though it was a quick system that went through, but I was expecting much worse for a mandatory evacuation of the stands.
Glad I stayed though, stopping unc at the goalline was awesome!

We stayed - but it was brutal hanging around that long in that weather with that heat. We saw people vomiting, people passing out.
Hell, but the time we finally departed the area after midnight we saw all the thermometer billboards still had us over 85 degrees after midnight with what must have been 200% humidity.
Got to give it to a number of UNC fans for sticking around to the very end as well.
