To succeed at Texas you have to either be a master level glad handler (Mack Brown) or an ill tempered dwarf that will beat the boosters into submission (Nick Saban).

I love, for example, what Pittman has done at Arkansas but I doubt he'd move the needle at Texas because they just would not buy in. They either need to have a strong hand at the reins or go through ten years of agony.
