He's a DGD. I saw him leading the defense and getting others lined up during the bowl game.

It will give the coaches time to see some younger players...give some younger players some time to work with the first string...and he is well entrenched on the defense and knows how everything works.

He won't miss the time and it could help to build depth in the long term.
