USCe transfer WR Jalen Brooks denied immediate eligibility by the NCAA

We ain't happy about it but we're used to it at this point. We've filed an appeal and it should be approved but God only knows when. It was apparently denied bc they had questions about the fact he'd transferred once before. Like.. You're the fricking NCAA and you approved his waiver for that transfer. Look at your own damn records, idiots.
