we desperately need these OL draft picks to work out so we can start using high picks to restock CB and LB again. We probably needed to get another CB this year in the first round but there was such a need that we were forced to go with OLs. And I agree, we can't extend Campbell at this point so he's the type of player you let walk and replace him with another 2nd/3rd round type of pick.

Agreed. I think unless Trufant has some other worldly season, he's a cap casualty next year. I also think either way, Beasley will likely be gone. If he plays well, he'll be too expensive, and if he sucks, well, no point in bringing him back anyway.

Problem with letting Campbell go is that, his "supposed" replacement, Duke Riley, reads defenses like I read Chinese--not well. I think there's a good chance that's a R1 or R2 option for us in the 2020 draft.
