Predictions for Bama v. MSU

I think State matches up better with Bama than other SEC teams -- we're physical enough to "punch the bully in the mouth".

The optimist in me wants to believe that the State offense has turned a corner, and we'll certainly see if that's true this weekend. This game being played @ bama is a bit concerning, given how poorly State has played on the road -- but we'll see if the coaches and team have adjusted.

If Tua isn't fully healthy, that's subject to change.
Play a deeper zone and give up 15 yds or so for a couple of plays to get a couple of big hits in and see if the bama oline starts panicking and if Tua gets rattled.

These State players went toe to toe with bama last year and should have won, so they know they match up physically.
