How much do you spend on tailgating?

Do you have a specific "tailgating budget" you use for the season, or just wing it on a game by game basis?

I'd say $300-500 per game. That's just for food and alcohol.

That's the range I am in for the Florida game. Gator Tails aren't cheap

$10 for a sixer of beer, $30 for a bottle of bourbon if needed, one usually lasts me two games. $5 for 2 bags of ice. $30 in gas.


That's about it. All the women where I tailgate provide most of the food, unless one of the dudes decides to grill/smoke.

$1500 for the subcontracted set up crew. Don't really want to think about what cost goes into the rest
