I'm convinced SC gets to play Bama for the de facto semi final SEC championship game if they drew any other SEC west game that year other than a Saturday night in Death Valley, that SC team was loaded

That was the Mizzou/aTm expansion year. We were supposed to play Ole Miss, or Miss State, if memory serves. We got screwed in the rotation, and UGA got the much easier slate from the West. Carolina got hosed, UGA goes to the Ship.

USC wins that game, they play Alabama for the SEC/Natty. I will go to my grave believing Carolina would have win the SEC that year. LSU legitimately killed that dream.

Death Valley has done that to many teams

I mean sure, doesn’t mean Clowney was a no show. His 6 tackles were the second best of the season… behind only 7 tackles and 4.5 sacks at Clemson

Wasn’t he returning from being out with the flu or some shite?

Nah, it was irrelevant considering 44-11 happened the next week in G'ville.

No, it wasn't. Florida ended with two losses. USC beats LSU, they can afford a mulligan vs Florida. They has the tiebreaker over UGA.
