Since Urban, who was still unproven at the P5 level when hired, they have hired Boom, McElwain, Mullen, and now Napier. And they hired Zook before Meyer. I don't want to say they're cheap with coaching hires, but they're kind of always cheap

Florida is hoping for an Urban, but that they hit the million dollar jackpot with him. Urban is the exception and not the norm. There is a high risk Billy fails just like rest of the G5 hires.
