they never do
Since Urban, who was still unproven at the P5 level when hired, they have hired Boom, McElwain, Mullen, and now Napier. And they hired Zook before Meyer. I don't want to say they're cheap with coaching hires, but they're kind of always cheap

Florida has internal problems. I'm 100 percent convinced of that. Mullen is an oddball but the wheels don't come off like that unless something more is amiss.
That said, Napier is a solid hire.

Billy Napier will win more games at Florida than Kelly will win at LSU in the next four years.
