The Small School U Coaches Powerball is about to be drawn twice.
Lincoln Riley left LSU standing at the alter 7 months pregnant. Played Woodward like a fiddle.
It's a too late in the season for a name coach. LSU will have to settle. Some Small School U coach is about to have his numbers drawn
Now add the possibility of Josh Heupel going home to Mama at Oklahoma.
They all have a chance to win UT's Bargain Basement Coaching Search Lottery. $3.5 million per year with a huge buyout you can collect in 3-4 years.
Other schools may lay out 8-10 million per year for a proven coach. Tennessee will quickly begin browsing the clearance aisle.

Will be kind of crazy if, after all of this, Luke Fickell has no suitors beyond Cincinnati after this season. Might be a victim of doing too good of a job at his own school.
Then again, Cinci is going to be Power 5 by 2023 so maybe he's waiting it out to stay there for the long haul, or just waiting for whenever Ohio State may be open? The latter is probably not going to happen for a very very long time.
