Just got home from LSU, Bama/UGA question

Did UGA try to throw a bunch of fades? Mark Richt lit up two future NFL starters (Webster and Daniels) with simple fade routes. I figured he'd go back to the well. I'm assuming that if he did, Bama covered it well.

They never ran the ball and their defense is horrible. That's what happened.

Its hard to run when you're down 31. Moreno had a busted wrist too, plus Bama was bringing fire on the DL.

Of course if I remember that UGA burnt Saban's defense badly with fade passes, I'm certain that Saban's current defense was ready for it.

Bottomline is UGA never had a chance to do what they wanted. Bama's D controled most of the game
