As a Sooner fan, I agree with you but the season isn't over. I've watched football for decades and the early polls don't matter much unless you are on the outside looking in. For Instance, Cincy has to remain undefeated or they likely will not get in. I like their chances but there is too much parity in college football to assume they will.

MSU is a sound fundamental well-coached team but their path is not likely to end in an undefeated season.

If Georgia goes undefeated they could lose to Bama in the SEC championship and still make the PLayoffs. Which would also put Bama in.

if OU wins out the circumstances very well could mean OU is in the final four. The path requires a little help but to suggest it is unreasonable for them to make it is an emotional tug in your head. It could be Georgia, Bama, Cincy and OU. Historical data suggests that is a possible path. It ain't over until it's over, ask Texas about that.
