I found this recipe on a different message board and Paul use to make it on tv. It is really good.

1 pound ground beef
1 box block chili (famous, four star, ziegler's)
1 pound velveeta
1 can rotel
1 half pint whipping cream

Brown and season beef, add block chili and heat throughly. Cube up velveeta, add in and stir until melted. Add rotel and heat everything until throughly hot. Remove from heat and stir in whipping cream.

Sounds amazing. RIP Paul, the memories you gave me as a young man listening to football out in the woods or in the yard playing football are priceless.

You can use canned chili also. This is a pretty common recipe usually known as "creamy tacos."

I grew up on this and its really good.

The velveeta and whipping cream can be a bit much on your stomach.

You can sub any of those cheese dips in the cold section for the velveeta and cream and it will be a bit lighter.

It's similar to shopping on the internets, but instead of being virtual, it's brick and mortar.
