This. If we want a GOOD defense we need to start getting top five classes. Outside of that it’s not happening. Odom has done as good as anyone else at mitigating the damage that other offenses can inflict on us given the fact that we have average talent and play in the best division in college football.

His defense basically takes advantage of shitty quarterback play. If your qb executes consistently then he’s going to eat our defense alive. Oh well. There are much better programs than our’s that can’t even feast on shitty quarterbacks. It is what it is. Until the magical day where we start pulling top 5 classes we need to learn to score more points than the other team. Luckily their defenses are almost always shitty too.
