What if one person at said company, say like MTV, says i'm not going to allow a certain commercial on MTV because said person doesn't like the commercial?

You aren’t very bright are you? At no point has anyone claimed it’s a literal cultural trait as defined by geography. Now, you are trying to claim it’s a by product of capitalism. If it were a pure capitalist based decision, he would receive no punishment because I would suspect most NFL fans aren’t bothered by his statements from 10 years ago
