Popeyes is good. Lee’s is outstanding and finally open again in Lexington.
Nowadays, it's Popeyes for me if I want fast fried chicken. Still can't beat Indi's wings either.
Sorry guys but Canes is overrated doodoo. I just don't get the love for it. To each his own.

I do like Joella’s if I have to do a chain. But the best fried chicken here in Louisville is at Shirley Mae’s. That shite is like what Grandma would fix.

I like the sauce. Without it, the chicken would be above average only because it's not overly greasy to the point of slimey like KFC has become
