Yep. Looked like a man with a plan, and then his team executed it. He wasn't perfect, but he could be working his way into being a pretty good coach.

He has been a head coach for 12 years now. He is what he his. Very good at developing players (especially running qb's) and play calling but weird personality keeps him from being an elite recruiter and putting together an elite staff. He is a big improvement over Muschamp and McElwain but he is pretty much at his ceiling already.
