USC was .500 team in the late 90s. PC revived the program in the early 00s. They would have been a playoff contender from 2002 basically through the end of that decade. They will get back to the top eventually, but Mullen would be a god awful hire for them. I’ll ask the question again… who has Dan Mullen really beat that is worthy of mentioning?

Mullen is a damn good coach. He needs to get another DC though.
