I believe he did in a post-game press conference. Funny thing is it wasn't even after a game vs Texas. I believe we had played an NCAAt game that was hosted in Austin. Maybe vs Syracuse in '95?
I don't remember what set it off but in the post game he says something like "one more time, Longhorns" and gives the horns down.
I can't find any record of this but I'm 99% sure it happened. I'd like to track down this image to add to the collage for our Texas friends.

'91 SWC Finals
Not the image you were asking about....but I miss these days. Last meeting with TX in the SWC. Completely owned them in their own state.
