The more that Bama QBs light it up, the less impressive it becomes. They run a system that’s prolific, just like OU did, Texas Tech, etc.

Young is a system QB.

I miss the days where a guy like RG3 could win on a team that didn’t contend for a title. At least last year we had a non-QB win. That was cool.

Helluva system if it tricked 10% of NFL teams to start QBs that were merely products of the system.

Didn't RG3 play Art Briles' system?

Just not sure of your point.

Didn't Joe Burrow go from middle of pack SEC QB to winning the Heisman and drafted #1 with installation of a system that fit his attributes?

A couple of those OU system Q s have won Heismans recently. Which ties in perfectly with the angst of the OP.
