ACC and SEC are hard to read right now

Clemson will still be a contender. After that, the ACC just seems really “meh” so far. Even more so than usual.

Bama needs no comment, and Georgia is probably a little better than Clemson. They basically won that game on one jumped route.

A&M is too much of a question, but probably top 10. Can’t see being a CFP contender right now.

Beyond that, what is there? The two SEC West teams that have been serious contenders in the last 10 years (Auburn and LSU) don’t seem to have it right now. Mississippi schools, either.

Florida seems to be the next most likely. Kentucky has potential.

I know it’s just week 1, but the drop from Bama to the next few, and then on to the rest, seems really steep right now.

How did you come to the conclusion that Auburn doesn’t have it now?

They’re better. Georgia was missing a lot of talent on offense.

LSU clearly doesn’t. Auburn is as much of a question as A&M.
