I agree that nothing West of Texas is of any interest to me.
An occasional game between us and USC in football or Gonzaga in basketball is great.
But, if it's mandated with conference games? Meh.
NC foot print and maybe VA is all that would be needed.
Clemson would not help, as you say.
FSU would, IMO

I'd almost say grab Miami because of the TV market but a lot of SEC Schools recruit well there and this might shut that pipelike off.
