It may be poorly written, but the University of Alabama will not deliberately and actively defy that. Zero chance they make all 100,000 people show a negative PCR test, either.

I'm not going to make any predictions on what they may or may not do, but just pointing out that the state law is easily skirted if the will is there. Whether the will is there is a different story. I tend to agree with you that there isn't, but we'll see.
