One, the law has no teeth on enforcement, and two, if there's also the choice of a negative test, it's not a vaccine passport. The AG can stomp and scream on Twitter all he wants, but there are ways around that poorly written law.

It may be poorly written, but the University of Alabama will not deliberately and actively defy that. Zero chance they make all 100,000 people show a negative PCR test, either.
