Thanks for the response. Is it okay to setup a couple of chairs behind the car on the parking lot and crack a beer or two?

if it's nothing elaborate, I doubt you'll have anyone bothering you. I'm not sure it's technically allowed, but worst case you might have to briefly move to allow other cars in/out.
I've always tailgated on the grass, so I can't guarantee anything though when it comes to setting up within the parking lot.
