It could only happen if someone like Amazon ponied up top $. Then brokering better matchups instead of Cuse, Wake, BC, GT. At some point you think each team will broker their own TV deal and cut out the middle man (the conference). Why should LSU and Bama split money with Vandy and Kentucky?

Because the SEC has been on the forefront when it comes to all the conference realignment and marketing stuff. They make more money with the SEC contract than they would going out on their own.
