....that Gilbert might not be a silky smooth transition?
I can't help but think that with all of his years under Saban that Kirby would have noticed if there were any warning signs.
Saban would probably have missed any warning signs too, had Kirby not outrecruited the master.

I'm a Dawg fan from childhood.
The first college football game I ever watched in person was at Neyland with my father. This freshman guy from Georgia ran over Bill Bates on his way to a touchdown.
The following year I watched this guy for my new favorite team dunk the f*ck out of a basketball at Stokely Athletic Center. The guy's name was Dominique, they lost, but dude was still badass.
That's how long I've been a Dawg fan.
Kirby makes some dumbass decisions, sooner we realize it, the sooner we correct it.
