I definitely wanted him, but if the kid doesn’t want to be here, then so be it. I think Gilbert should do what he thinks is best for him. I wanted him to get help here and stay, but he wanted to go home.

Honestly, I just hope the kid gets some help because he has some serious mental health problems. I’m not sure you know how serious.

Do you have some inside scoop because I’ve always been told he really struggled being far away from home, playing in empty stadiums for a really bad 2019 LSU team and having no personal outlet with the entire city shut down. Many college freshmen at all schools had issues last year and transferred closer to home. 2019 was a horrible year to be a new college student so far from home in locked down states.
