Approved my arse. Wait til every environmental and citizen group has filed their lawsuits before you say any new highway route has been approved. It will be a good 8-10 years before they build it. Part will be geotechnical investigation, concepts, public meetings etc. Good thing Eisenhower started the Interstate System because we would never get it built today.
