It is basically a commuter school with affordable tuition. I 'll bet that there is a significant portion of students there that not only live within an hour of campus but are also non traditional students. People who are going back to school or many who waited several years to go to school.

No it’s not a commuter school. UCF has more on campus housing than UF but a better football team.
