I think Council has been known to be able to play at least 4 of 5 OL positions at a high level (LT being questionable), even the last staff said as much. Why Gus/Grimes chose to put Council at guard IDK, and perhaps he still winds up there. We'll see. Watching Hamm play it seems apparent to me that he doesn't have the feet or bendy-ness to handle DE/OLB on the edge. However, he has NFL ability at guard IMO.
