And not to beat up on Atlanta but if you take away that shithole, this is still a traditional Southern state.

Atlanta metro is 6.5 million of a total population of 10.5 million.

That's like saying if you take away New York City, the state of New York is a lot different. Kind of irrelevant.

Also...is there really that much to say right now, a month before kickoff? It's mostly people regurgitating the same stories and spinning their predictions over and over...

Not irrelevant at all. Lets use your numbers and assume their correct..

That means that if you removed metro atlanta, the rest of Georgia has pretty much the same population as all of Alabama or all of Louisiana, or South Carolina etc or etc. All of which have better cfb coverage than we do. Hell, we are literally on an lsu board right now

Non-ATL Georgia is a giant market that lives and breathes college football as the primary sport of interest. Im not encouraging to ever leave the metro area, please, but if you did and you got off the interstate more than a mile its wall to wall UGA flags, car tags, mailboxes, etc. We are the heart and soul of Georgia football country. And we deserve better college football coverage.
