Progression of blame and rule making in college football:
1. Saban and Alabama out perform the competition under current set of rules.
2. Whining begins that Saban and Alabama break the rules or have an unfair advantage.
3. Saban warns the college football world about making poor rule changes.
4. College football makes new rules that are supposed to limit Saban and Alabama's success.
5. Saban and Alabama adapt to new rules and out perform the competition under new rule set.
6. Whining begins that Saban and Alabama break the rules and have an unfair advantage.
7. Saban warns the college football world about making poor rule changes.
8. College football makes new rules that are supposed to limit Saban and Alabama's success.

So what you're saying is Saban is an evil genie... you wish for something, but are not specific enough and get crushed by the weight of mountains of rules lawyers who know how to abuse the lack of specificity?
