Some are. The last time we went we stayed in a ridiculous house on paradise by the sea blvd.


Not gonna argue that it isn't a nice place but I've never understood going down to Florida beaches when it's 90+ degrees in the middle of the summer. Especially if your tracking all the way from Tennessee or Texas.

Go year round. Heat doesn’t bother me at all. Fall break is the best time to go imo.

Me either. Best time to go is either right after Spring Break is done or late September/early October. It's warm enough to get in the water but you don't break a sweat by simply stepping outside for 3 minutes. It's also significantly less crowded and you don't have to wait at least an hour to get a table for dinner.

1. The water quality and clarity.
2. Price. You can stay on the water for a fraction of what it costs to do so in Texas. DFW to SPI is 9/10 hours. DFW to Destin/PCB is 12 hours.
