Texas, Oklahoma, A&M creates a formidable Western power block within the conference. Even LSU who has a history of not being pleased with the Bama Centric SEC Admin offices may join that block when they see fit. It's going to be a lot of legit money thrown around to influence the SEC decision makers and dangle in front of the poorer schools to get them to cooperate.
