The votes were there, with or without aTm's approval, so the only reason to give them advance notice would be out of respect and trust that aTm wouldn't leak it for the good of the conference. Obviously the SEC could not trust aTm.
Sounds to me like aTm couldn't trust the rest of you twats, assuming any of this is true.
