& that extra CG applies to ALL conferences. Heck, B12 had a full round-robin schedule that DIDN'T NEED the CG to determine their conference winner.
So, I'm still lost how this is unfair against any other conference out there.

so all conferences will go to a pod system? Again, I thought UGA people are supposed to be smart. This is some of the dumbest shite I have seen. Do you honestly think the SEC office is going to put their top schools at a detriment to others in the nation? That will be one extra game and one less week to prepare for the tourney for multiple SEC schools.
With the expanded playoff, more than likely both teams who play in the SECCG are in the tourney. Also, there is a very good chance one more SEC team makes the tourney...............possibly two.
