About what I expected, but I'm really interested in the even split between divisions and pods (#6).
Can someone explain the pros and cons as you see it?
Is this just a scheduling deal, or are there other advantages to moving to a pod scenario that maybe I'm not considering initially?

Why can't we move away from childish crap like this? Your 1st poll was informative and substantive...let's leave it at that.

Two eight team divisions:
West: Arkansas, LSU, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas and Texas A&M
East: Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, South Carolina, Tennessee and Vanderbilt
Extend schedule to at least 9 SEC games (preferably 11, with 1 OOC game)
This takes care of all the traditional rivalries, plus adds some old ones back.
* I didn't originate this, but I endorse it!

I would prefer two large divisions if it meant we could move to a nine game conference schedule. Another update:
