I looked it up quickly. In Texas this could be someone under the age of 17.

So, 16 and under.

Also the charge was sexual contact, so it sounds like he banged or had some kind of sexual contact with someone 16 or younger.

I don't see him having much of an excuse unless it's a false accusation.

U can be 16 in Georgia. Before I got discharged from the military a friend was married to a 16 year old !
