The NCAA records you are using as your baseline say we have 23.
In conclusion, the NCAA records book says we are not claiming 5 titles. Unless you are saying the NCAA record book shouldn't be used, which wouldn't line up with this entire thread so far.

Well-liked as you may be, you’re going to have a hard time explaining the concept up claimed versus unclaimed national titles to these mouth-breathers.
