So you are saying that Bo wasnt that much better than the other backs............
Again, Coach was a dumbass to waste opportunities for Bo to get the ball. Wishbone long dead, I Formation still being used....
Dooley was smart enough to run student body left and student body right. Dye was apparently not smart enough to run such a complex system and wasted a beyond generational talent.
The truth of it all is they are both in a league of their own... Who is faster, probably depended on who was banged up at any given moment, both put on a show. Herschel was more dependable as it pertained to not getting hurt. Bo's Allstar home run is still something to behold.
Frankly you are talking about two of the best three backs ever in the Conference with Emmitt being the third.

No. I'm replying to your comment that Bo was the only running back in that backfield and I was enlightening you but telling you that all 3 were NFL running backs.
I didn't say a word about formations and coaching. But to imply that he wasn't sharing the backfield with other quality backs is asinine.
