Like the concept of the other, but horrible execution. I propose one, that will fun and games, has a set of rules agreed to by the members here and once agreed to won't be changed in mid-stream.
So, hear ya hear ye...the Rule Committee is in session! All are welcomed to join! What rules would you like to see in place for this fun little time wasting tournament where the winner gets 3 hurrahs?

To limit alters, should we do a post count requirement or set a date of account creation and disallow any made after such date?

Both. Some alters were created long ago but don't post very much.

As long as they don't change mid-round, I'm good with whatever is decided. That other one was/is chaos

Agreed. No changing once we all agree on a set of rules. Chaos is fun, but the lack of set rules is not.
