If anything it may help a few programs join the few elite currently at the top but I think it will hurt more programs in the long run.

Smaller programs not on the national landscape will have a hard time pulling in the 4 & 5 stars. Even regional guys that know the program.

You are also going to see some big time programs get hammered trying to use it to recruit laundering payments as promised prior to their commitment. Programs that use to be relevant are going to use boosters and whatnot to hopefully catch up quickly. Especially with the NCAA not requiring them to report it.

For Saban I think he will be able to successfully navigate it for the most part. Even though the college ca not help in endorsing for them to get paid he can provide guidance and I am sure there will be a agency designed for UA players to maximize their potential. Thankfully we have Saban for this.

The real issue are the agents that will push players o sign with them for NIL along with these handlers who now can provide a legit service to get paid off these kids. For them this will be like Casinos becoming illegal in Nevada for the first time. They will definitely be taking advantage of these kids.

Also not sure on the limitations for the endorsements but what happens if a kid wants Nike for an endorsement to sell his image while in college? Will he not attend any school not wearing Nike uniforms?

Agreed. That's the biggest mistake in all of this. Player representatives absolutely should have been mandated to be university employees with fiduciary relationships with the players. Letting fricking handlers or shady relatives be "agents" is just welcoming bullshite.
