In light of this Supreme Court ruling it would be ridiculous for the NCAA to try to enforce any of its rules regarding pay-for-play, NIL, or agents. Athletes will need agents and financial advisors to negotiate financial terms with schools before they decide where to sign. This is an atomic bomb for the NCAA. It should immediately revoke all rules regarding compensation for athletes. I think we will see a drastic reorganization at the NCAA this summer.

eta - Recruiting will become a financial negotiation and depriving kids of agents and financial advisors to negotiate the best deal possible for the kid (and family) would be unconscionable.
