He’s trying to build a program at Tennessee with Jackass fans that don’t understand the game of college baseball.


At LSU he doesn’t have to be concerned about building a program.


Just come in, recruit, and coach.

Yeah, and I’m also sure Daniel Ricciardo would have the same results competing in a Honda Civic as he would in his McLaren.

Regardless of where Vitello ends up coaching down the road, he can get better in the future. Still very young and inexperienced but he has done good things.

Getting Tennessee to the CWS is an accomplishment and he brought Tennessee to the top among one of the toughest conferences out there. It wasn't some just some Cinderella run either. He built a good team.
