I'm sure this was just a "let me fellate myself about bama" thread but it's pretty simple, IMO:

1) Saban is getting the elite of the elite 5 stars. Najee Harris for instance was a "5 star" but was also the consensus #1 RB and a top 5 overall player nationally, he was essentially a can't miss. Khalan Laborn was also a "5 star" RB in that class...who? I know. Guy went to FSU, didn't do shite, transferred, and has never been heard from again. Both were 5 stars but one was the top of the top of the 5 stars while the other just barely made it instead of being a high 4*. So basically, not all 5 stars are the same and saban is getting the ones that are practically guaranteed high NFL picks

2) A 5 star that picks alabama is going to get the best coaching in college and is going to get the most TV and media coverage and likely play in the most national titles compared to any other program. Not to mention, if they are starting they've beaten out other elite prospects to be there

So fellate on, but it's not that surprising if you really think about it

Even though your second part has much substance, the above part is a load of horse shite!
5* kids coming out of high school are by no means going to line up the same coming out of college as they did going in! There's not that much difference in talent to begin with. Hell, most scouting services can't agree with each other when they DO update their picks!
