I agree. I’ve maintained that position over and over again in many other threads. Ain’t no need in going much detail into that argument here. My point is not many wants to watch games where stars are sitting.

However the poor player angle is so often tossed about I felt it worth interjecting... maybe not.
And we often forget the poor players are the ones screwed with a NC by committee... as opposed to the supposed best playing another game or two more. And I don't get the angst for the opportunity to play extra games in the quest for a championship. And it's not as if the most talent rich conferences would be automatically getting screwed since they have the inherent advantage of depth.
